VENDOR INFORMATION

INSIDE BOOTH 12’ X 12’ FOR WEEKEND  $60

OUTSIDE UNDER AWNING FOR WEEKEND  12’ X 12’  $45

OUTSIDE 12’ X 12’ FOR WEEKEND  $30

*Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, table covers, racks and any display equipment

*No power or water access for outside spaces except those paying to be under awning

*Bring your own tent/canopy/cover for outside spaces

*Vendors do not need to be horse related, all vendors welcome. We welcome: truck dealers, crafts, tack stores, clothing, wood working items, food vendors, tractor dealers, jewelry, snacks/sauces, etc. However, the AHC will retain the right to decline an application.

*Food vendors welcome but may only sale PEPSI products

*Each booth/space will include one pass for Saturday and Sunday of event

*Vendors may set up after 12 NOON on Friday, OCTOBER 27, 2018.

*All vendors must sign liability form.
